Violence flared in the Israeli-occupied West Bank on Sunday, as Israeli forces arrested a suspected Palestinian gunman accused of killing an Israeli man. In a separate incident, Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian driver who the military said had attempted to run them over. Nicholas Rushworth reports.
