Ukraine’s foreign minister says Russia is deliberately targeting civilians

Four people were injured in the renewed petrol station attacks this morning, according to local authorities in Kyiv.

After a petrol station was hit in Kyiv yesterday, two more were reportedly targeted this morning in the Oblonskyi and Dniprovskyi districts of the capital.
