David Tindall was on deck to lead us all into another busy day of football action
An email. Krishnamoorthy v has been pondering today’s games.
Hello David. Would Leeds be able to puncture the nascent baloon of Tottenham optimism (if ever there was a candidate for a perfect oxymoron, this would ace it) and can we expect City to lose its way in the forest?
Leeds v Spurs: Leeds have picked up just five points in their last 13 Premier League matches against Tottenham.
Nottingham Forest v Man City: Having become the 10th team in English top-flight history to win each of their first seven games in a campaign, Man City have now lost their last two. Only Sheffield Wednesday in 1904-05 have won their first seven and then lost their next three.
