Jelly Roll just kicked back before the 2024 CMT Awards are to begin officially, on April 7, 2024.
The Need A Favor hit-maker took to his official Instagram account to post about how he spent his time after arriving in Austin, Texas, for the ceremony.
“walked 3 miles, spent 20 mins in a sauna and 6 mins in a 46 degree cold
Plunge before the awards tonight,” Jelly Roll captioned his post.
With the artist sitting inside a “46-degree cold plunge” the Save Me crooner hyped up the CMT Awards voting as he informed his followers he was up against Cody Johnson and Kelsea Ballerini.
“I love Kelsea Ballerini like a sister, I love Cody Johnson like my brother from another mother, I don’t care who you vote for, just go vote for one of us baby!” Jelly Roll exclaimed with excitement.
His caption further read, “And yes- I put my arms in after this lol,” as he claimed with mch energy in the video “I’m in a 46-degree cold plunge getting’ this weight off my fat a**.”
Jelly Roll is up for three different accolades at the CMT Awards, in hopes of recreating 2023’s history, where he won awards of the ceremony in all categories he was nominated in.
