Iran closes French language centre in Tehran for ‘illegal acts’

Iranian authorities on Sunday shut down the French Language Centre (CLF) in Tehran, alleging the French embassy-linked institute conducted “illegal acts that violated diplomatic conventions” and “abused its status as a language training facility”.
