Ukraine’s foreign minister says Russia is deliberately targeting civilians

One person has died and six were injured in this morning’s Russian attack on a petrol station in Kyiv, city mayor Wladimir Klitschko said in the latest update.

In other news, five people died, and 40 were injured after a Dutch tour bus crashed into a roadside barrier and overturned in eastern Switzerland.
