The US supreme court is ​still weighing the administration’s ⁠request to ​overturn a separate ​order ​blocking the ​rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is expected to repeal carbon pollution limits for coal- and gas-fired power plants, ‌according to several outlets.

According to Bloomberg News, citing unnamed officials familiar with the matter, the EPA also plans to propose a separate rule repealing the federal finding that greenhouse gases from power ‌plants ⁠specifically pose a threat.
